Cu Lao Cham Tour Itinerary 2025

07:30 – 07:45: Car and tour guide pick up guests at hotels or private homes in Da Nang city center or Hoi An. For group tours, pick-up time may vary within 30 minutes. Travel time to Cua Dai Port is about 40 minutes.

08:30: Da Nang Open Tour guide welcomes guests at the port (for those choosing port pick-up) and leads them to the pier for the speedboat ride to Cu Lao Cham. The speedboat departs Cua Dai Port, taking guests across the sea to Cu Lao Cham Island – recognized as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.

09:00 – 09:30: Arrival at the island pier. Guests can rest while the guide completes entry procedures. Afterward, you’ll explore and experience the daily life and culture of Cu Lao Cham residents.

Continue the one-day Cu Lao Cham Tour by exploring pristine and poetic nature at Hon Lao, Hon Dai, Hon Chong… Immerse yourself in the simple lifestyle and warm hospitality of local fishing villages. 10:30 – 11:30: After visiting Bai Lang, a speedboat takes guests to Bai Chong or Bai Ong to change and go snorkeling (approx. 45 minutes). Those who prefer not to snorkel can rest in hammocks or beach chairs provided free of charge.

• Bai Chong is popular for swimming and snorkeling.

• Bai Ong, with its unspoiled beauty, is ideal for sunbathing, beach activities, or visiting Bai Huong fishing village for a peaceful rest.

After snorkeling, return to Bai Ong for a freshwater shower, change clothes, and prepare for lunch.

11:45: Lunch at Cu Lao Cham Restaurant – Bai Ong, featuring fresh seafood specialties. Enjoy summer vibes, play with the waves, swim, or sunbathe.

You’ll savor fresh seafood caught locally, wild forest vegetables, and “bánh ít lá gai” – a traditional local cake. You can also buy seafood at Tan Hiep Market and ask the restaurant to prepare it.

After lunch, guests are free to relax on the beach or capture beautiful photos by the ngô đồng tree.

14:00: Say goodbye to Cu Lao Cham Island. Everyone boards the speedboat back to the mainland, then transfers by car to Da Nang or Hoi An at the pre-arranged location. Please make sure to check all your belongings carefully before leaving
